The WINCA Network
The Women in Nuclear Central Asia Network (WINCA Network) is an informal regional professional organization that unites experts in nuclear and other related fields from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
WINCA is a platform where we discuss gender balance and women’s inclusion in nuclear and other technical fields in Central Asia. We strive to increase women’s participation in leadership positions and amplify women’s voices in regional and global nuclear dialogue.
WINCA creates partnerships, networking, mentoring, educational, and training opportunities aimed at advancing women in the nuclear field.
