Asel Khamzayeva, Senior Project Manager, World Institute for Nuclear Security (WINS) introduced the mission and activities of WINS, focusing on global best practices in nuclear security and capacity-building initiatives supporting CBRN safety.

Olimjon Azizov, Head of the International Relations and Public Relations Department, CBRN Safety and Security Agency under the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, shared Tajikistan’s national approach to CBRN risk mitigation, highlighting key projects, partnerships, and institutional developments in the field.

Taalaibek Bektashev, Executive Director, Center for Non-Proliferation and Export Control, discussed Kyrgyzstan’s experience in strengthening its CBRN framework, including legal reforms, international collaboration, and technical capacity-building efforts.
