Opening remarks were delivered by Zarina Sayfieva, WiNCA Coordinator, and moderation was conducted by Marina Li, WiNCA Webinar Coordinator. The discussion focused on the history, structure, and practical use of research reactors in Central Asia, highlighting their contribution to science, education, and regional cooperation.

В качестве спикеров выступили ведущие эксперты региона: Гайрат Бейсабаев, главный инженер реактора Института ядерной физики Академии наук Республики Узбекистан Нуржан Мухамедов, руководитель отдела проектирования и испытаний реакторных установок Института атомной энергии Национального ядерного центра Республики Казахстан.
С приветственным словом выступила Зарина Сайфиева, координатор WiNCA. Модератором вебинара стала Марина Ли, координатор вебинаров WiNCA.
Обсуждение было посвящено истории, устройству и применению исследовательских реакторов Центральной Азии, а также их роли в развитии науки, образования и регионального сотрудничества.
